this was my second time doing business with this company and the first time everything was smooth. Second time when I noticed the the faucets that I installed had some problem I sent a video to the customer service person that I have been working with and what she told me was that I was going to receive an email from the “after sales department” … it never happened actually she basically gost me for five days. I’m going to apply for refund.
